Showjumping T-Shirt Registration
T shirts have to be approved by the Showjumping committee and registered with a once off payment of R550.00.
On approval a photo must be provided.
T-shirts must have a collar. Buttons should not be open over the chest.
Shirts may be worn tucked in or lose fitting (motivation: a slender figure looks good when a shirt is tucked in but a rounder figure looks better loose fitting). No flesh is to be exposed at the midriff.
Shirts may only have a logo on the pocket / or if no pocket on the left hand side the same size as a pocket.
Men's shirts could have short or long sleeves.
Women may wear sleeveless shirts, but not cut away at the shoulder.
Mandarin collars allowed for women.
"Spaghetti straps / bibs" are not allowed
Belts recommended where breeches have loops
No obvious pattern on shirt, but contrasting trim allowed
Shirts allowed for wear with jackets will be allowed without.
Show holding bodies must specify on the schedule whether competitors may wear T shirts, so check the schedule to see if you are permitted to wear a t-shirt at that show.
