Gauteng Horse Society Membership Committee Members

Within GHS we have Committees comprising of volunteers who represent each discipline. These Committees help with shows, problems within their discipline and are responsible for the discipline newsletters. They administer their discipline - making technical decisions, and train and promote officials though seminars and workshops.

Our committees consist of current members who compete, retired riders who wish to remain active in the sport and parents who wish to be more involved.

According to our Constitution you have to be a member in order to serve on a committee, therefore we have a specific fee for this purpose, which also covers administration costs.
