This is a reduced fee for full members who live 45km or further away from KEP (as the crow flies according to the maps provided).

We realise that these members have to travel further, and therefore have tried to accommodate them as much as possible.

Unfortunately we are not able to cater to everyone and have to adhere to a standard, therefore sad as it may be, if you live 45km away (as the crow flies) you are not a country member.
