What is the SPONSOR MEMBERSHIP?
The SPONSOR MEMBERSHIP is directed at companies who wish to sponsor a horse/s and/or rider/s.
What will it cost me?
The company is provided with advertising opportunities. The sponsor will receive mailing from us every month informing them of up coming shows, schedules and the GHS newsletters. A complete breakdown is provided in our PRICE LIST.
What is the Entrance Fee?
Sponsors members don't pay an entrance fee.
Does my horse have to be registered?
If a horse is already registered and you wish to include your company name in the horses name e.g. from Wild fire to Avis Wildfire you will need to pay a fee for the name change. If the horse is not registered and needs to be then it will cost the horse registration fee. Please note that the name may not exceed 25 characters including spaces.
How will I benefit?
You will benefit by firstly receiving all schedules by post and you will be able to advertise you company in various ways:
- Name of the horse can include your company name
- Every time the horse is announced so will your company
- A change of owner can be done (not legal change of owner but for data purposes) so that every time the horse is announced it will say vis "Wildfire owned by Avis and ridden by Joe Soap"
- The company name can be printed on the saddle cloth as well as on the horse box (according to individual agreements) The logo may not exceed 20x10cms
- The company name will be printed in all programmes wherever the horse name is printed.
- More than one horse can be sponsored increasing your chances for advertising.
- A Sponsor may register a T-shirt, which must be in accordance with the Showjumping Committee standards, and submitted for their approved. This may only be worn in Showjumping where stated on the schedule.
Who is this aimed at?
Anyone who not a sponsor and would like to take advantage of these advertising opportunities or who have an interest in the Equestrian environment
Is there a pro-rate fee for Sponsors Membership?
Yes, this happens on the 1 February and changes every month. For pro-rata fees you will need to contact our office (011) 702-1657
