Photos of Paul Hart, Martyn Swanepoel and Graham Winn at Saumur
Since the start of the 25th CCI*** competition at Saumur, the South-African riders have been able to count on their loyal supporters to encourage and support them.
You can’t miss them when you arrive at Verrie; the wing-mirrors of their 4x4 sport the South-African colours. And when they get out the car, they are all wearing yellow and green and carrying flags. They are behind the riders and support them at every moment.
‘The group is in France for six months’ explains Jean-Philippe Camboulives, their French coach. ‘As they are all entered here at Saumur, their families have come to support them. The owners of the horses are here as well. It can only improve their moral!’
